UNDERAGE
The U-16 girls played their Division 2 Final last Thursday evening in Corofin against St. Fursey’s. It was a game full of twists and turns where the girls showed phenomenal character and determination. Having gone 11 points behind at one stage in the second half, the girls rallied and brought the game to within a point. Unfortunately, St. Fursey’s were able to hold on to single point advantage until the final whistle. Congratulations to St. Fursey’s on a great win. Congratulations also to our players and Management for a great league. Having toped Division 2 with 5 wins from 5 games, losing the final by only 1 point; it was a year everyone can be proud of.
The u8 girls welcomed Naomh Mhuire to Belclare on Saturday morning. Well done to all the girls who played, they were brilliant and the skills from both teams were very impressive!
