UNDERAGE
On Friday evening the U14 Girls Division 6 team played their Shield Final against Naomh Mhuire in Oranmore. It was a fantastic team performance as the girls secured the Shield title in style, closing out a highly entertaining game with the slimmest of winning margins.
On Saturday the U14 Girls Division 2 team played their Shield Final against St Fursey’s in Corofin. They game had goals, great point-kicking from both teams with a very high level of skills on show. Unfortunately, the girls lost out narrowly but they can be proud of their performance.
Well done to the U7 and U8 girls who played a blitz Saturday morning against Caherlistrane and Annaghdown. Thanks to Caherlistrane for hosting and for the lovely spread of food for the parents and treats for the kids after.
A great morning on Saturday for the U8 boys who went to Salthill for a blitz against Salthill, Annaghdown and St. Michael’s. They really showed their skills and were very well behaved. Well done lads.
Well done to our U13 players; Jamie Ryan, Thomas Greaney, Noah McGowan and Conor Lardner who represented the club at the County skills competition in Loughgeorge Saturday morning.
