The death has occurred of John Power RIP, former long serving Secretary of Galway Football Board.

His Remains are Reposing privately at his home this evening. 

Due to level 3 Government Restrictions and HSE Guidelines his funeral will be private.

His Funeral Mass will take place at St. Colman's Church, Corofin tomorrow, Friday at 12noon followed by burial in Kilmoylan Cemetery.  

Galway GAA will form a Guard of Honour at the Church prior to the Mass.

All those who are available are invited to join the Guard of Honour and to assemble at the Corofin Pitch at 11.15am.
